If you are or have been threatened, blackmailed, harassed, stalked, subjected to verbal, physical, sexual or psychological violence, financially controlled, or experienced any other form of harm—reach out to us.

 

We also offer support to witnesses or any individuals indirectly involved who are seeking help or have questions.

Is there ways to ensure my aggressor won't contact me during legal proceedings? Can law protect me?

I am afraid the police and the judge won't take me seriously, because I did not call the police before. Does it matter? What does the law say about this? 

My partner is controlling my finances and limiting my access to money. Does criminal law address this?

Someone touched me inappropriately, and I felt uncomfortable, but I didn’t say no. What does law say?
